About the RFP

The general purpose of the Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to solicit, evaluate, and select or reject proposals for natural gas supply through a competitive bidding process. The RFP is designed to ensure that all bidders are treated in an equitable and consistent manner. This RFP outlines the requirements and provides information and instructions to prospective bidders participating in this solicitation.
