Our Customers, Our Neighbors

Supporting our communities in Oklahoma and western Arkansas, we actively search for ways to add to the quality of your day-to-day life through our culture of volunteerism.

Neighborhood Link

In partnership with the nationwide Neighborhood Link community network, we have made it possible for every neighborhood and homeowners' association in the Oklahoma City metro area to have its own free, interactive Web site.

Each site provides its own community calendar, discussion area, newsletter and "Meet Your Neighbors" personal homepages. There are links to city councils, local police departments, schools, public libraries, city and state agencies and weather, as well as to System Watch®our online outage monitoring site.

Neighborhood Link sites also offer an invaluable area where local clubs, non-profits and other organizations can have their own free Web sites. The next time you want to find out about yard sales, zoning issues, block watch groups, baby-sitting co-ops and other local activities (or you want to activate your own neighborhood or organization's site in metro Oklahoma City), just visit: www.neighborhoodlink.com or call Neighborhood Link at 888.241.0123.

OG&E Volunteerism

Our Volunteer Council is charged with investing in people by supporting, encouraging and communicating volunteer opportunities. The Council, made up of OGE's Community Relations Team, serves as an eager facilitator for volunteer opportunities. One shining example of our efforts is our policy of allowing employees to volunteer during work hours with supervisor approval.

Contact us if your organization has a need for volunteers.
