When Internet Explorer or Netscape is installed, a default option tells the browser when to check for newer versions of stored pages. The wrong setting here can affect the functioning of CaminusWeb. Follow this procedure to check this setting and change it if necessary:

1. Click the Internet Explorer Tools menu and select Internet Options from the dropdown list.
2. In the Temporary Internet Files section of the Internet Options window, click the Settings button.
3. In the Settings window, under the "Check for newer versions of stored pages, " select "Every visit to the page."
4. Click OK to close the Settings window, and click OK to close the Internet Options window and save the setting.

Netscape Navigator 4.7 Settings
The following Netscape preferences must be set up:

1. Select Edit/Preferences to display the Preferences window.
2. In the Category tree listing, select Advanced/Cache.
3. Select the Every Time option, and click on OK.
