Force Majeure Event: Line 21 on the Enogex System |

Enogex is currently accepting same-day nominations for gas day 27 at the points curtailed due to the Line 21 event. These points include:
NGPL, Bryan (10287)
Ozar, Latimer (010649)

The operational issue on Line 21 has been resolved and Enogex is currently taking action to bring the line back into service this evening. We expect to begin accepting same-day nominations tomorrow morning for gas day 27.

Enogex currently estimates the repair work on Line 21 to take 1 to 2 days. We will begin accepting same-day nominations once the repairs have been completed.

A force majeure event has occurred on Enogex Line 21, an East Zone Enogex pipeline segment. This event is and will be affecting deliveries to the following locations:
Centerpoint, Latimer (Centerpnt)
NGPL, Bryan (10287)
Ozar, Latimer (010649)
The force majeure situation became effective at 5:45 PM on March 25, 2008 and will continue until further notice. This notice of a force majeure event is due to the discovery of an operational issue on this pipeline segment that necessitated immediate repair.
We will post on our website further information or the expected duration of this event as that information becomes available.
