Richard D. Clements is Manager of Economic Development for OG&E. He joined the company in 1994 after serving two years with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, most recently as the Director of the Business Recruitment Division. Richard has been an economic development professional since 1982, when he joined the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce as Manager of Industrial Development. Richard is the past Chairman of the Governor's Economic Development Team and the Governor's International Team. He is also the past President of the Oklahoma Economic Development Association. Richard is a graduate of the first Leadership Oklahoma City class and the first Central Oklahoma Regional Leadership Institute. His education includes a Bachelor or Arts in Management and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Don Ives has been with OG&E since 1971. As Manager, Business Development, he is responsible for business/industry recruitment and works with communities throughout the OG&E service territory. He is a member of the American Economic Development Council and the Southern Industrial Development Council. He has served on the Oklahoma Governor's Economic Development Team since 1990 and is active in the State Chamber of Commerce. Don has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Central Oklahoma and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of The Economic Development Institute at The University of Oklahoma. In 1992, Don earned his "Certified Economic Developer" status and has maintained that certification yearly.

As Economic Development Project Manager, Business Development, Richard Cornelison is responsible for the recruitment of business and industry to the OG&E service area. His duties include identifying business development opportunities, marketing local and state incentives, establishing relationships with corporate consultants and working with prospective companies on site location and energy issues. Richard is also involved in helping communities with their development and efforts to attract new companies. Before joining OG&E, Richard worked for Apple Computer. Inc. A graduate of Oklahoma City University, Richard has an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing/Management. He is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute. Richard is an active member of the American Economic Development Council, Governor's Economic Development Team, Southern Economic Development Council, and the Oklahoma Economic Development Council. Richard also is an Advisory Member to the National Association of Manufacturers - Site Selection Network.
