| Wholesale Customer Information
Electric Power Brokering The OG&E Electric Services Power Supply Division (“OG&E”) has terminated its wholesale power brokering services agreement with its corporate affiliate, OGE Energy Resources, Inc. ("Energy Resources"). OG&E has determined that rather than using brokering services for the sale and purchase of wholesale electricity, OG&E will handle such sales and purchases for its own account. Any person with questions concerning OG&E’s decision in this regard should address those questions in writing to: Manager Operations Dispatch and Fuels Mail Code GB58 P.O. Box 321 Oklahoma City, OK 73101-0321 OG&E will from time-to-time initiate contact with its brokers to procure brokering services, and in so doing will not limit itself to any one broker. Any brokered transaction to which OG&E agrees will be conducted in accordance with the umbrella brokering services agreement with the broker and any other relevant contracts, rates or tariffs. |
