Center Overview

OG&E, with the assistance of the Electric Power Research Institute, opened the Foodservice Technology Center (FTC) in 1997 as a resource for the Foodservice Industry. OG&E is dedicated to helping operators increase profits and their competitive edge.
The FTC has become the gathering place for the Foodservice Industry of Oklahoma. It has brought the commercial and the non-commercial segments, the dealers, consultants, manufacturers - all together for educational programs and the solving of common problems.

The FTC consists of a fully equipped kitchen, equipment showrooms, and a meeting/training room. It serves as one of the best resources for commercial foodservice equipment in the nation.

It is also a great place to explore new energy trends such as a geothermal heating and cooling system and energy efficient lighting.
