When changes in your life cause changes in plans, we try to make this transition as easy as possible. If you’re a new OG&E customer or simply moving from one location to another, you may use an online form to Start Service, Stop Service or Transfer Service now.

You also may contact our Customer Service department from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 405.272.9741 if you are in OKC.  For customers outside OKC, call 800.272.9741.
