In those rare occasions when the power does shut off, we invite you to report the outage online. All you have to do is login or register for OG&E Online Services. If you do not wish to register, please call our Customer Service department.

Customer service representatives are available 24/7. To handle all calls during widespread outages, an automated answering system is activated.
Street Lights
To report a street light outage, contact us with a detailed street address (including the nearest cross streets) of the malfunctioning light and we will do our best to get it working as quickly as possible. Thank you for your help.
