To report an outage through the OG&E web site, please login or register for OG&E Online Services. If you do not wish to register, please call our Customer Service department. In the Oklahoma City area call: Outside the Oklahoma City area call: Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During large, widespread outages, OG&E activates an automated answering system that can handle 1,800 calls at a time. | |
