If you suddenly find yourself unable to pay a bill, we’re pleased to offer alternate payment arrangements for those that qualify.

From time to time some customers can have a difficult time with their financial situation.  We understand that and work with customers every day with balances of the electric bill.  If you suddenly find yourself unable to pay a bill, we’re pleased to offer alternate payment arrangements for those that qualify.

To avoid a cut-off, be sure to contact us by phone beforehand and request a deferred payment agreement. Please contact Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at 405-272-9741 (Oklahoma City) or 800-272-9741 (all other areas).
