How do I update my account information and manage my enrollments?

You can easily edit your password, email, payment methods and enrollments using your online account.
Changing your contact and payment methods:

  1. Sign  in to OGE.com
  2. Go to My Profile, under My Account

Here you can manage your contact information, including the email address you use to sign in to OGE.com, add or manage payment methods and change your password.

To change where you receive text, phone, or email alerts, you must update your myOGEalerts preferences.

Change rates, switch to Auto Pay and enroll in Paperless Billing:

  1. Sign in to OGE.com
  2. Go to Manage Accounts, under My Account
  3. Click on Enrollments

Here you can see which rates you are enrolled in, switch to a new rate, subscribe to Paperless Billing, switch to Auto Pay or enroll in OG&E Solar Power and Wind Power.
 

If you are looking to change your mailing address or phone number, contact OG&E Customer Support at custcaredept@oge.com, or submit a Contact Us form. Changes must be requested by the account holder or authorized party.  
If you are transferring service to a new address, stopping service at your current address, or starting service at a new address – visit Stop/Start/Transfer for assistance.
