If you’re having trouble making a payment, we have several ways to help.

1)    Set up a payment arrangement

Spread out your amount due over several months by setting up a payment arrangement. 
•    Sign in to your account to see if you qualify
•    If you had a payment arrangement and it broke due to non-payment, you may be able to reinstate it. Sign in here to find out details. 

2)    Get the Silver Energy Senior Discount

We offer a Silver Energy Senior discount for qualifying customers. Oklahoma seniors aged 65+ can save up to $85 each year when they: 
•    Enroll in any SmartHours plan 
•    Receive a $10 monthly credit in June - October and a $5 monthly credit for the rest of the year
•    Enjoy lower rates for 19 hours every weekday and all day on weekends an holidays 

Switch to SmartHours to start saving. If you haven’t received your discount, it may be because we don’t have your birthdate in our system. Use our contact us form under the SmartHours subject to confirm your birthdate.

3)    Weatherize your property

Our Residential and Business Energy Efficiency Programs are offered at no additional cost to qualifying customers. More efficient homes and businesses mean lower electric bills. See if you qualify now.  

4)    Connect with community resources

•    Lend-a-Hand: OG&E and The Salvation Army have partnered to offer assistance with energy bills through the Lend-a-Hand program. Contact The Salvation Army office in your area.
 
•    LIAP: The Low-Income Assistance Program gives qualified customers a $13 per month credit. Apply in Oklahoma and Arkansas.  

•    211: 211 Oklahoma and 211 Arkansas are free, 24/7 services that connect people to essential resources like food, shelter, and rental aid, in multiple languages.
