- OG&E and The Salvation Army have partnered to offer assistance with energy bills through the Lend-a-Hand program. For more information, contact The Salvation Army office in your area.
- Low-Income Assistance Programs (LIAP) for Oklahoma and Arkansas. Those who qualify for LIAP receive a $13 monthly credit on their energy bill.
- 211 Oklahoma and 211 Arkansas are free, 24/7 services that connect people to essential resources like food, shelter, and rental aid, in multiple languages.
We offer a Silver Energy discount for customers 65+ years young.
Oklahoma seniors age 65+ who enroll in any SmartHours plan qualify for a $10 monthly credit, June through October and a $5 monthly credit for all other months of the year. That's $85 in savings each year on top of a lower price for 19 hours each weekday and all day on weekends, Juneteenth, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Switch to SmartHours to receive the Silver Energy discount. If you have not received your discount, please submit a contact us form under the SmartHours subject to confirm your birthdate on file.
In Oklahoma, the Residential Energy Efficiency Program is offered at no additional cost to all residential customers who own or lease a single-family, duplex, or mobile home. Through this program, we’re able to offer more to our customers with a household income of $60,000 or less
