Benefits Beyond a Paycheck

Our competitive benefits package helps you energize and grow your career. Contributions up to 5 percent of salary are matched by 200 percent with a maximum match of 10 percent of pay. We also offer an annual performance-based bonus program, paid volunteer leave, access to our Together Hardship Fund, paid vacation and sick time, paid maternity leave, adoption fee reimbursement up to $5,000 and discount programs for several vendors.
