We foster STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) skills for aspiring energy industry leaders through hands-on technical career partnerships. We partner with high schools, universities, career techs, community academic institutions and community-based organizations to create awareness of energy industry career paths, promote STEM education and build critical skills, and develop our talent pipeline.
