Providing Energy Industry Leadership
As a member of the Oklahoma and Arkansas Energy Workforce Consortia, a group of energy organizations working to future-proof talent, we’re leading the charge to meet the talent needs of the energy industry. We also advise and serve on workforce development boards and educational industry advisory councils across our service area to help create, foster and accelerate careers in our sector.

Supercharging STEM Education

We foster STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) skills for aspiring energy industry leaders through hands-on technical career partnerships. We partner with high schools, universities, career techs, community academic institutions and community-based organizations to create awareness of energy industry career paths, promote STEM education and build critical skills, and develop our talent pipeline.

Military Transition Program
We are proud to be a Troops to Energy Jobs Employer. This initiative helps military personnel successfully transition out of active duty by providing career coaches, developing roadmaps to transition military training to new energy jobs, and making connections with employers.
