Go to a kiosk station in your area to pay in person. You can pay with cash, check, credit or debit. There is a $1.50 service charge for cash payments. There is a $3.50 processing fee for payments up to $600 that are made with credit or PIN-less debit cards. OG&E does not receive any portion of the payment processing fees. Electronic Data Interchange
Enroll in our EDI program to receive and send your billing information electronically. EDI helps eliminate payment errors and reduces the manual receiving and processing of bills. Contact us to set up an interface between our companies.
If your business requires that you receive 10 or more separate bills from OG&E, we can combine them into one. That way, you can make one monthly payment to cover all your accounts. Contact Customer Service to set up Combined Billing and make your monthly payments easy to manage.

Guaranteed Flat Bill
Manage your bill with our easy-to-use Guaranteed Flat Bill (GFB) plan. You pay the same amount for your electric bill every month for one full year – no matter how much electricity you use in the summer heat or winter cold. Manage your budget! Know what to expect from your monthly electric bill. Our Average Monthly Billing plan helps level out the unusually high bills from months of high electricity use. Your total annual cost for electricity remains the same, but you have the convenience of a more consistent bill each month. This plan is called Levelized Billing in Arkansas.
Load Reduction Program (Arkansas)
Our performance-based Load Reduction program offers financial incentives to commercial and industrial customers that can curtail their electrical load when notified by OG&E. You subscribe to an amount of demand reduction and tell us how you wish to be notified. Then, if you reduce your usage during a called event, you receive a discount on your next electric bill. Day Ahead Pricing Program (Arkansas)
The Day Ahead Pricing Program lets Arkansas businesses lower their energy costs by shifting use to the times of the day when rates are lower. OG&E will notify you of hourly rates the day before, so you can plan your day and save money! If demand reductions are not needed, standard pricing is used.
