We are pleased to assist hearing and speech-impaired customers with the TTY to Voice device. By dialing 711 or 800-722-0353 from the device, the customer is connected with an operator who then contacts OG&E, informing us that a hearing-impaired customer is on the line. The customer then proceeds to type his/her message to the operator who will relay the message verbally to our customer service representative. The representative will then respond verbally as the operator types the message back to the customer.
