When the Power Goes Out
If your power goes out, please let us know immediately. You can easily report your outage below or on our app (available on both iOS and Android). Or, if you're signed up for myOGEalerts, simply text OUT to 32001.
To receive updates during your outage, including estimated times of restoration, make sure you have set up text, email, or voice updates through myOGEalerts. You can also monitor outages on System Watch. We'll restore your power as quickly and safely as possible.
You may see crews in your yard or around your home or business as they work to resolve your power issue. Please honor their safety and yours by not approaching them.
